Always store tea at clean and dry, airtight container in order to keep in sace it's aroma and flavour. Do not use preveously boiled water, use fresh water to boil it.
Rinse the teapot first with hot water or taki it into the microwave for one minute on full power to help retain the heat of boiling water. If the water is too cold, it is less effective in releasing the chemicals in the tea leaves. Hold the spout of the kettle close to the mouth of the pot to minimize loss of heat. Allow the tea to infuse 3-6 minutes. Strain the tea out into cups thereafter. If you want to drink your tea with milk, put milk on your ceramic mug first.
The finished tea should be approximately 65 degrees centigrade.
